coffee machine cake selection luggage holding
The communal areas had a coffee machine free to use. there was a free daily selection of cakes and biscuits also. lots of sweets were available to guests. I found this thoughtful. i also liked that i could leave my luggage with reception on checkout day and they held it for me.

lovely stay with great perks
helpful staff comfortable bed delicious snacks
this hotel had beautiful decorations and felt very cute the hotel staff were friendly and helpful recommending local spots and a boat cruise the beds were comfortable i really enjoyed the complimentary coffee station with delicious baked goods available to all guests
the room was a bit smaller than i expected but it had everything i needed

the hotel offered complimentary hot drinks and fresh juice plus afternoon snacks were freely available in the lounge area the little treats added to the homely feel of the hotel making it very inviting

the location was great all the main attractions were within easy walking distance a canal boat tour is a must to see the city from a different perspective i found it a very convenient spot

the staff was friendly and helpful they provided a useful map and gave good restaurant recommendations they also stored my luggage before check in and after check out which was a great help

friendly staff variety cocktails bizarre decor
The staff were helpful and friendly. I sampled a variety of cocktails at the bar. My favourite was 'Pornstar Martini'. The downstairs area of the accommodation was unbelievable. I loved the bizarre and wonderful decor full of colour.
Corridors felt too warm and dark.
